Terms of ServiceRequirements to join: You must be a registered user on the coldfront or freenode irc networks for at least 3 months and possess a valid email address that can be linked to you. Activation: All ZNC's must be activated by an admin on IRC. server: irc.coldfront.net channel: #tiltshellz (& or ~). You must agree to the TOS before using this service. Follow all network rules: You must follow all the rules and conditions for the network you're connecting. (Including if these are written rules or not. Ex: Ircop tells you to leave a channel because the channel owner contacted them.) If you’re confused as the rules of the network you’re connecting try reading the MOTD for the network, using the /motd command on most network will display the MOTD. Number of ZNCs: The maximum amount of accounts per user per network is 1. Dont ask for more, you wont get it. Legal stuff: Using tiltshellz to perform illegal activities is not only against the law but your account will be removed with no warnings given. This includes but is not limited to: File sharing, terrorist activities and paedophilia. In addition, using tiltshellz to evade a network ban on our operating network is not acceptable and your account will be terminated if you do this. Satisfaction of Services: Tiltshellz.org is a free service which carries no guantees, implied or otherwise. Any donations are donated to the company on the basis that this is not for goods or services, however as a gesture of goodwill on your part. Having said this, Tiltshellz will attempt to make reasonable action to resolve any stability or uptime issues. Your rights: While Tiltshellz.Org will not hand over logs of your chat / irc traffic to anyone [except where we are legally required to do so], we do however reserve the right to share information such as email addresses and IPs with other individuals or organizations for purposes related to abuse and complaints. Our Rights: Tiltshellz.Org staff reserves the right to amend these rules or services at any given time. Tiltshellz.Org reserves the right to revoke this service at any time and with no notification to you. |
